SABIC Headquarteres, Jubail, KSA
Large multi-storey steel framed and reinforced concrete structure based in Jubail, KSA. Utilising challenging techniques involving post-tensioning and computational analysis to achieve a column free podium level and bridging the upper storeys of the building. Amir’s responsibility involved acting as a senior engineer during the construction
phase of the build.
333 Kingsland Road, London, Resident Structural Engineer
10-storey reinforced concrete residential building with a precast concrete façade and two storey basement. The building exhibits large spanning spaces and is part of a new school. Amir was involved in the quality engineer attending inspections and liaising with the engineer and client to ensure the construction is compliant.
Great Western Studios, London, Structural Engineer
Two-storey extension of an existing three-storey oƯice building, construction of a new side extension and the design of a Corten facade to the front elevation. Justification of the existing structure and foundations and inspection of site works.

Three-storey contemporary reinforced concrete private art centre and penthouse in Lagos, Nigeria for a renowned Nigerian British artist. Involved in the analysis and design of the building and managing the drawing process.
